The Metal Factory , A. HENEFELD METAL WORKS LTD. (also known as A. Henefeld) was established in 1935 by Leo and Deborah Henefeld as an industrial factory aimed at manufacturing industrial machinery and facilities, while focusing on lifting and transport facilities, specializing in the design and production of the following:

• Cranes including bridge cranes, gate cranes, mono-rails and jib cranes
• Blast resistant doors weighing up to 60 tons, special protection doors against gas , radiation, electromagnetic pulse, hot prowl burglary and cold burglary
• Gates
• Special customized transportation machines

Today the company is currently managed by its third generation – Eric and Dan – following the management of Ze’ev, Amitai and Jamima (Jimmy), who served as successors of the founders. Since 1995, the plant operates in Caesarea Industrial Park. The factory’s area spans approximately 9 decares (2.22 acres,), includes an industrial construction of approximately 4,800 square meters.

The company employs 60 permanent workers, most of which having a senior of over 10 years, experts in their fields. Skillful locksmiths, welders, electrical engineers, control, construction, machinery, industrial and management, service technicians, alongside quality assurance and management staff. The company has amassed decades of experience representing the world’s leading companies in the field of lifting facilities, transport, power supply and command. Companies such as:

The factory operates under the ISO9001 certification and maintains strict controlled production processes according to the factory’s inter-quality program. From the initial stages of engineering, procurement, testing of raw materials, processing and welding processes (including welders certifications and rigorous ongoing testing processes for the welding processes), the dyeing processes, electromechanical assembly, and installation and service operations.
