Henfeld takes all measures required in the service and installations department, making sure they are of the highest standard, as an essential key for the clients’ satisfaction, and as a complementary part of excellence in design, manufacture and installation.

- Repair and maintenance of cranes, winches, pulleys and accompanying equipment
- Repair and maintenance of special protection doors
- Repair and maintenance of transportation machines
- Supply of spare parts from a large inventory in our warehouse and quick import of spare parts from foreign suppliers
- On call preventive maintenance services and up to all-around contractual based management service
- Installation of lifting and transportation equipment
- Service contract and maintenance insurance for cranes
The Structure of the Department
- The department constitutes 6 service teams, reinforced by two additional teams that exit the factory as desired. We provide national coverage service
- Service manager
- A department secretary with 10 year experience in the field of crane service
- Technical manager with over 20 years experience in the field of cranes
