Overhead Crane

An overhead crane is the optimal solution for the lifting of higher weights with a wide inter-pillar space. Bridge cranes optimally utilize the production area and the lifting height.

A bridge crane consists of three motion axes and serves for conveying and transportation mainly in manufacturing halls, workshops, turbines hall, pumps and machine rooms, garages and the etc.

  • Maximum span between track beams (runways) – 60 m
  • Maximum safe working load up to 800 tons

Types of Gantry cranes

  1. Single girder overhead cranes consisting of profile girder for a span of up to 18 meters and a load of up to 16 tons
  2. Single girder overhead cranes consisting of box girder for a span of up to 45 meters and a load of up to 40 tons
  3. Single girder overhead crane with a torsion trolley aimed to achieve maximum lifting
    height for a span of up to 45 meter and load of 10 tons
  4. Double girder overhead cranes consisting of profile girder for a span of up to 20 meters
    and load up to 40 tons
  5. Double girder overhead cranes consisting of box girder for a span of up to 60 meters
    and load up to 800 tons
