Cranes for the cement Industry

For the purpose of establishing the high-speed train line to Jerusalem, the Shapir-Pitzrotti company established a factory for concrete segments in the Letron area.
The factory produced segments for the construction of the railway tunnel shell. In the factory itself, 4 bridge cranes were installed for a load of 5 to 20 tons as well as 6 jib cranes for a load of 500 kg.
5 gantry cranes for a load of 15 to 50 tons with an operator’s cabin were installed outside the factory.
These cranes were used to manage the segments during the curing period, to load trucks that led the segments towards the tunnels and to load the drilling machine (TBM).
